Moon Dance Alchemy is a healing and transformative movement-based practice to help you unleash your creative expression and reconnect with your feminine divine essence through the healing art of dance and self-care. A space to connect with your body and tap into your inner strength and feminine wisdom. This online circle will hold a safe, non-judgmental space for self-expression through movement, ritual, guidance, and healing through movement, meditation, intention, and honoring the inner cycles and rhythms. The duration of this class is approximately 60 min.
