Module 1:Hip Circles, Accents & Soulful Shimmies
Start your journey with essential moves like hip circles, shimmies, and hip drops. This module includes warm-up, cool down, posture tips, and guidance to help you get the most out of the course.
Module 2: The Gaze towards infinity
Explore the spiritual meaning of the infinity symbol as you learn to perform figure 8s in both vertical and horizontal variations — and how to flow between them with intention and grace.
Module 3: The Omi – An Internal Massage
Learn the Omi, a deep circular movement that gently massages the reproductive area. This module covers proper technique, energetic flow, isolations and its physical benefits.
Module4: The Arms, an extension of out heart
Through graceful arm and hand movements, we express beauty and emotion. In this module, you'll explore fluid, feminine upper body movement and learn to isolate it from the lower body. We’ll activate the heart chakra — your emotional center — through dance, guided exercises, and reflective journal prompts for deeper integration.
Module 5: Undulations- Awakening the Shakti
In this module, you'll learn undulations and camel moves to awaken energy from the base of the spine to the crown. It includes a warm-up, spine conditioning, and adapted variations for pregnancy or limited mobility. You'll explore traveling undulations, isolation, and the sensuality of this fluid movement.
Includes a chakra-balancing meditation and journal prompts for deeper reflection.

A little about me, the why of this project and how it all started…

My name is Laura and I combine spirituality, feminine ancestral dance and holistic therapies to create a transformative experience that fosters not only physical well-being but also emotional and spiritual balance. Through the integration of practices such as reflexology, belly dance, aromatherapy, and energy healing, my goal is to provide supportive tools with a comprehensive approach to self-care, empowering women to embrace their authentic selves, cultivate a deeper connection with their body and inner wisdom, and enhance joy, acceptance, and self-love.

Awakening the goddess within with Belly Dance, is born from my own experience. So, let me tell you a little bit about me…
There was a time when I felt numb, disconnected from my body and emotions.
Everything felt distant — my joy, my confidence... I was living in constant alert state.
My curiosity for Belly dancing began at 11 years old fowing my pediatritian's recommendation on starting belly dance classes as a form of exercise to ease pelvic tension and painful periods. Soem years later, I decided to embark on my belly dance journey and something forever shifted.
Movement helped me come home to myself. Through each step, I released shame, softened judgment, and reawakened a deep sense of aliveness.
Belly dance became more than movement — it became a ritual of reconnection, acceptance and self-love.
To my body. To the earth. To my sensuality.
It helped me embrace my feminine essence with love and presence.
This course is born from that journey — so you too can remember the power that already lives within you.

Do I need any dance experience to join?
No! This course is beginner-friendly and designed for all levels. You’ll learn step by step, at your own pace. -
What exactly will I learn in the course?
You’ll learn all the foundational belly dance moves (hip drops, circles, shimmies, undulations, etc.), combinations, posture, and techniques to express emotion and reconnect with your body. The course also includes meditations, journaling, and self-care tools to help you deepen your practice. -
How long is the course?
There are over 8 hours of pre-recorded content, divided into easy-to-follow modules. You can go as fast or as slow as you wish. The usual time I would suggest to really integrate the movements, repeating classes and going through additional materials, would be approximately 1-3 months- it depends on how much you can dedicate weekly to your practice. -
Is there a specific schedule?
No, the course is 100% on-demand. You have unlimited access for life, so you can revisit lessons anytime, and at your own pace. -
