For hygiene reasons I can't accept returns unless there is a fault in your jewellery so please double check sizes in the product info page before purchasing. In the case that there is a fault with your item you can return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

Some orders are made to order and are processed within 1-4 business days excluding holidays and weekends. After you purchase your item the making process may start inmmediately so for this reason cancellations aren’t available. However, if you need to add an item or modify your order before the making process has started send an email to hello.crystalcrafts@gmail.com as soon as possible and I can let you know if the change is possible. Changes in your order aren’t possible after the order has a) Started the crafting process or b) already been posted

If something goes wrong with your order please email me at hello.crystalcrafts@gmail.com explaining the issue and how would you like the matter to be resolved. In the unsual event that your jewellery arrives faulty please email me within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange or refund. Crystal Crafts are not responsible for items that get lost, so it is advisable to track your package. Costumers are liable for any costs incurred in returning or exchanging their products to the seller.

If your item needs repairing you can contact hello.crystalcrafts@gmail.com with pictures of the item to see whether the item can be repaired. Customers are responsible for costs of shipping related to repairing their item.

Please bare in mind that due to Covid-19 restrictions some packages are experiencing delays depending on the local area they are being delivered to. Your patience at this time is greatly appreciated.

All products are made in Ireland with love, handled with care and crystals are cleansed and infused with reiki.
Due to the handmade nature of the product there may be some small differences in colour and size as some of the stones used in crystal jewelley are raw.

Some products are made to order within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After your purchase has been completed you will receive a confirmation email, and you will aslo receive a notification email once your items has been posted.
