My Story

My journey into Reflexology and healing began more than a decade ago as something I studied and learned in my spare time. I used to be a very nervous teenager and suffer from a lot of stomach pain. At that time I used to ask my mum to rub my foot before bed in certain areas that I intuitively felt was helping with my discomfort. I was so amazed by the great relief and relaxation from the massage that it became one of my favourite things to do before bedtime as it improved my sleep. At that time I hadn't consciously heard anything about reflexology, but once the word appeared in my life it all made sense. Since then, I have studied and learned about different holistic and healing modalities in my spare time to help me better understand emotions and how the body speaks to us. It is fascinating how everything is interconnected and how much wisdom our bodies behold.

In 2015 I began my training in Reiki. This was the spark that motivated me to finally take the leap and embark on my journey to becoming a professional reflexologist. I graduated from ITEC Anatomy and physiology and Reflexology with a distinction at the Holistic College Dublin.

Ever since my journey started I've always been eager to learn more and I continuously attend training programmes and post graduate courses including: Fertility Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology, Baby Reflexology Instructor, Reflexology for the treatment of plantar fasciitis, language of the feet,  metamorphic technique, women’s health after childbirth, amongst others.

I have a vast interest in general women’s health and how stress, anxiety and the current rushed pace of life we are all living affect our primary health and state of wellbeing.

My Approach

I hold a healing and peaceful space for you to thrive, to overcome, to release, to let go, to become, to set free, to feel better, to feel more balanced and in harmony with yourself and others around you. Because it is only when we are in balance and find that peace within that we can live in harmony with the world around us. I firmly believe in the wisdom that our body holds and that every sign of disease or discomfort is a message from your body trying to tell you something that hasn’t been dealt with, just yet. Part of my work is to re-educate my clients of the importance of wellbeing by giving them tools to manage stress related issues and become more resilient.

Our physical health is as important as our emotional and mental health and therefore my approach is to go beyond the physical signs to understand the emotion that it is lying behind that symptom.
