I have been teaching dance for over 20 years, and in the last 7 years, my passion has relied on teaching belly dance to women of all ages with a more holistic and therapeutic approach to health.
Belly dance came into my life as a medical recommendation to help ease menstrual pains when I was only 11 years old.
When I later discovered the wonderful benefits this dance brought into my life - not only physically, but also emotionally, mentally, and spiritually-, I understood that my mission was to share it. To help other women feel better and promote healthy living through holistic practices and feminine movement.
It is my passion and mission to help other women reconnect with their inner power and femininity. I aim to awaken in them their inner fire, their passion for life, and their connection with joy, play and pleasure to improve their quality of life.
In this workshop, my goal is to help you move those goddess hips that the universe has given you!
In only 15 minutes, I will show you three of the most mesmerizing basic movements of belly dance and share with you why this dance is so beneficial for women regardless of your age and physical condition! Belly dance does not require you to be fit or have a flat belly! It enhances the natural beauty in women from within.
