Yoga Nidra
A journey back home to yourself through conscious & deep rest
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “yogic sleep or councious sleep,” is a guided meditative practice that leads you into a state of deep conscious rest between wakefulness and sleep. In this state, the body is completely relaxed while the mind remains gently aware, allowing for profound rest and inner awareness.
A space to slow down, let go and reconnect.
How do we practice Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a guided journey into deep rest. You lie down comfortably in Shavasana, close your eyes, and simply follow the voice that gently leads you inward. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to do - only to allow yourself to go on this journey and fully surrender to deep rest.

In Yoga Nidra we refer to 'the nest' as that comfy, and cozy space that we create counciusly, to allow full comfort during the practice of Yoga Nidra.
As you ease into the practice, the body is deeply relaxed while the mind remains softly aware.
This is where true regeneration happens: the nervous system slows down, mental tension dissolves, and a profound sense of inner calm begins to emerge.

Within this deeply receptive state of relaxation, between wakefullness & sleep, the practice introduces the Sankalpa- a councious intention that is quietly planted in the mind.
The Sankalpa is not a wish or a goal, but a clear and meaningful inner direction, expressed in a positive and present form about a quality we may wish to cultivate within.
It might reflect qualities such as peace, clarity, confidence, or healing. Repeated at the beginning and end of the practice, it is gently absorbed when the mind is most open and receptive.
Throughout the session, attention is guided through the body, the breath, and subtle sensations, allowing layers of physical and emotional tension to naturally release without effort.
