Empezamos la práctica con movimiento suave y consciente para abrir espacios desde el cuerpo y poder profundizar en el descanso a través de la práctica de Yoga Nidra. Este ciclo de 4 sesiones prácticas es un viaje hacia el interior para explorar lo que habita dentro con cosnciencia, descansar, y aprender a reconocernos desde la calma y el equilibrio. Precio Introductorio: 4 practicas en Julio 35 euros Jueves 2, 9, 23 y 30 de Julio a las 11h Sesion suelta 15 euros Pack de 4 sesiones 35 euros

Cancellation Policy
COURSES & CLASSES: Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Classes begin on time. Please log in a few minutes earlier to get ready before the class. APPOINTMENTS - ONLINE AND IN-PERSON 1:1 - You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. If less than 24 hours is given you will be liable for 100% of the treatment fee you booked. You can reschedule by sending an email to laura.therapies@gmail.com up to 24 hours before your appointment time. NO SHOWS: Clients who either forget or consciously choose not to avail of their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. Clients who don't show the day of their appointment will receive an invoice for the full amount of the treatment fee they missed, and this missed fee will be required in order to rebook another appointment. Non-shows are considered a serious lack of respect, not only for the therapist but also for clients who may be waiting to receive treatment. Therefore, I reserve the right to decline future appointments or ask for the owed fee upon the next booking when a non-show has been experienced. I reserve the right to cancel or decline bookings where a boundary between client and therapist has been trespassed by the client. ARRIVING IN TIME: Whether is an in-person or online appointment, your appointment time has been arranged specifically for you and you are expected to be on time. Late arrivals ultimately shorten your session. Time must be respected both ways. If you are considerably late for your appointment and decide to cancel your appointment last minute, your fee will be due and non-refundable.
