This treatment is ideal for those who work long hours on their feet, but also good for those who tend to retain fluids, especially in the warm weather. (Not available for pregnancy)
The treatment uses a blend of vegetable oils with natural anti-aging, moisturizing and anti-inflammatory properties, along with a blend of essential oils of lemon, juniper, and cypress to help detoxify and cleanse the skin, mind, and body.
In all reflexology treatments, I use my own homemade balms with essential oils to encourage relaxation and balance.

The massages use a blend of vegetable oils with natural analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, in a blend of pure essential oils to help with digestive discomforts. The oils chosen for this treatment are:

Fennel has anti-inflammatory properties and helps digestion
Ylang-Ylang helps manage the long-term effects of stress in the body.
The massage can help release tension, stress & anxiety which can also be contributors in aggravating symptoms of IBS.
