When we feel life tumbling, and falling apart, feelings of insecurity, instability, lack of support or connection can indicate an imbalance in this energetic center. This is an important chakra as it is related to all our prime and most basic needs being met.
 
Sandalwood has an earthy woody aroma that helps one to feel grounded and connected. This ancient and grounding essential oil is also often use with the aim of protecting the energetic field as well as bringing concentration and presence.
Patchouli is a calming and balancing fragrance that helps to bring equilibrium in emotional situations and conflicts. It’s aphrodisiac and has a feminine energy. It is also used to help bereavement.
Grapefruit lifts the spirits and brings clarity.
